	The developer, club and landowner have the best lawyers and planning expertise available. CAST and CASH are volunteers. We need professional planning expertise and lawyers to guide the work that we are doing at the moment and to represent us at the planning stage. This is expensive and requires funding. A similar opposition group in Luton at Junction 10 have over £10,000 available to argue their case. We have been advised that it will be too late to leave fundraising until the planning stage. So we have set a target of £14,000 and are asking for donations now.
